Background

I loved shopping at the boutique booths when I participated in 4-H and FFA events in high school. Those experiences exposed me to the idea of possibly owning my own boutique, and with the encouragement and support of my family, I decided to open my own small-business. I wanted my business name to reflect something meaningful to me, and since my family always used “mi reina” as a term of endearment, the name Mi Reina Bonita Boutique fit just right! More importantly than selling products, I want people to know Jesus. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) says, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” As God’s handiwork, I want my business to operate with the purpose of glorifying God. Shipping Information: 

You will receive an order number after you checkout. You can use that number to check on your order under the "Order Status" page. We will send you a tracking number to the email you provide us a checkout. All our packages are shipped through USPS, and we have a 24 hour processing period. You should receive your package within 5-10 business days.

• We accept all major cards through PayPal. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

•  We only ship within the U.S., but we are working to expand internationally. 

2. What if my product is damaged?

•  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the proper handling of your package once it is shipped, but we do our best to ensure your orders arrives in the best condition possible. Contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package if you have any concerns.

3. What is your return policy? 

• We prioritize our customer's safety and are taking extra steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We use gloves when handling our products and use a UV light to sanitize your orders before they are shipped. Due to the current situation, we will not be accepting any returns for the time being.
